- Volunteering is not paid
- Commitment to our mission and values
- Willingness to work with diverse groups
- Must not be an offender or have a criminal record
- Should have good judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Respect for confidentiality and privacy
